A classic affordable cut with exceptional flavour. They are versatile and can work across several cooking methods, we recommend roasting or barbecuing.

For our exceptional, truly free range organic pork, we are proud to work with one trusted organic farmer. The pigs spend their entire lives outdoors, free to forage and roam.

Serves 2

Cooking instructions: Roast in a preheated oven at 180*C for about 1 hour, until the meat starts to shrink back along the bones. Remove when tender and thoroughly cooked.
Refrigerate 0 – 5*C. Good to freeze: freeze on day of delivery and defrost before use
